概要
- 日系大手の海運・船舶企業にて海運オペレーション業務を担当していただきます。
求人内容
Selected candidate will be responsible for comprehensive work related to Admin duties such as:
- Maintenance of office and purchase office stationery
- Prepare company gifts for key customers
- Create invoice
- Key in customers' data with Excel
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Non-experienced can be considered!
[Must]
- Working experience at office on any position
- Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking internal parties
- High flexibility
[Advantage]
- Some relevant working experience
- Proficiency in modules in Excel
