By joining Singtel, you will be part of a caring, inclusive and diverse workforce that creates positive impact and a sustainable future for all.Overview:Be part of the Singtel SG HR Communications team and see your designs come to live!Responsibilities:Design a Singtel SG HR communication schedule and template, so that our HR comms goes out with a specific look & feel, on a specific frame so that readers are not overwhelmed by the multitude of emails and can appreciate/relate/remember what HR doesUnderstand the various communication that goes outDesign a simple communication framework that specifies the various communication platforms, types of messages, responsible parties, schedule, calendar that is aligned to HR\xe2\x80\x99s cyclical exercise and major initiativesDesign a template for communication and all HR messages will be using that template. Template will be aligned to Singtel SG\xe2\x80\x99s as well as GPS\xe2\x80\x99s look and feel. Template to also advise on tone and provide tips if necessary. Provide guidance on tone and messaging that comes in. Framework, templates should be easy to use and not over-engineered as the process is to be maintained, though designs can be updated when needed.Requirements:

• Currently purusing a Master Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or relevant field
• Able to commit to a 3-month full-time internship from May - August
• Proficient in design tools & communication work
• Strong eye for details, project management
