Major Accountabilities:
To provide support to the department head in the following areas but not limited to:
1. Oversee and manage company transport services, provide proactive support to ensure company transport schedule and services meet 24/7 operation needs
2. Provide good administrative support for all our associates and establish side-wide stationery supply procedure and support.
3. Overall management of site level meetings, catering services, canteen operation service such as electrical appliances, vending machines and food lockers administration
4. Provide admin support on external visit, manage and maintain viewing gallery
5. Overall management of personal & shoe lockers and safety shoes administration to support production operations
6. Oversee service provider to ensure good non GMP cleaning services by effective engaging 3rd party cleaning services provider
7. To ensure compliance to Alcon guidelines as appropriate
Key Performance Metrics
1. Company transport schedule and services
2. Personal lockers, shoe lockers and safety shoes administration for operation team
3. Side-wide stationery supply procedure and support
4. Canteen food lockers administration for operation team
5. Canteen electrical appliances maintenance, repair and replacement
6. Support for Townhalls, Business Reviews and all major company events and site visitors visit.
7. Checking and tracking of POs and invoices issued to the Admin Department to ensure finances are on track
Experience
5 years of experience in providing logistics and office administration support to site-wide. Good knowledge in logistics and administration field. Ability to work with all level of associates. Service oriented, proactive, flexible, resourceful, good interpersonal, planning and organizing skills
