Our client, a government agency is hiring Site Auditor || 3+3 Months Contract

Fresh school leavers are welcome.

1. Successful candidates are to conduct audits and verify site survey reports for gas riser pipes, and steps at flat entrances and common areas at HDB blocks/flats.
2. Successful candidates are required to conduct site visits as part of the audits and to liaise with HDB\xe2\x80\x99s appointed service provider on clarification or rectification of information where required.
3. Successful candidates are also to verify (by witnessing) the installation of smart devices. After the audits and verification, relevant reports are to be submitted and to ensure any errors by the service provider are regularised.
4. Successful candidates may also be assigned other audits related to housing maintenance work and verification of reports submitted by contractors/consultants.
5. Any special skills required: Candidates must be able to work independently and physically fit for work outdoors. They must also be meticulous in verifying the details of survey inputs. Those with relevant technical knowledge (eg. gas pipe system and electrical system) and experience will be an advantage but this is not a requirement.

• Work location: HDB Hub (Toa Payoh)
• Mondays to Fridays: 9am to 6.30pm or 9.30am to 7pm
• Hourly rate: SGD12/hour
