Responsibilities:

Assist Construction Manager of overall planning functions, including project schedulesand progress tracking. Monitor the daily progress of work-on-site, identifying potential delays or issues andimplementing necessary adjustments to keep the project on track. Maintain and update all project schedules regularly, collecting actual data such asprogress status and manpower allocation. Oversee the preparation of monthly progress reports for in-house, owner, and consultant submissions, highlighting key achievements and milestones. Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks or challenges and developcontingency plans to mitigate them. Resolve discrepancies and coordinate site-related technical problems encountered. Required to have good technical expertise and knowledge in Civil Engineering Construction specifically on Piling works and RC Structural works Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by Construction Manager/ General Manager/ ProjectDirector.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years' engineering experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualification / Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the SO. At least 3 years' experience in planning, coordinating and managing construction works / teams for Mixed Development Projects Prior experience in working in construction site, especially in Civil Projects.
