Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Able to draw the Methodology/Sequence for Top- Down Construction
- Preparation of Construction Schedule
- Coordination, Supervision & Monitoring the progress of project works on site and Manpower mobilization
- Liaise with respective Consultants and carry out the site inspection
- Provide weekly site progress and necessary submission to consultants
- Taking Quantity of Materials (Scaffolding / Soil Excavation at Basement for Top-Down construction)
Requirements:
- Min a Professional Certificate, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Building or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution
- Min 8 years of relevant experience and 5 years of experience in Singapore building projects.
Familiar with Safety aspects in Construction industry - Preferable experiences for piling work, deep basement construction and in Hospital/Medical facility in Singapore
- Preferable knowledge for Autodesk Revit
- Able to do Presentation of the Method of Construction
- Adequate Knowledge for Top-Down Construction
- Pre-cast installation experience
- Experience in construction of roads
