Plan and manage all aspects of the project including scheduling, cost control, quality, safety, reporting & administration.
Collaborate with project consultants & subject matter experts from conception through to tender, construction & completion to ensure required information is provided/ updated for a timely handover.
Identify, track and resolve design, authority & construction issues to ensure smooth project implementation.
Liaise with Clients, Users and Stakeholders to establish the project requirements and User brief, resolve issues and report progress.
Work with Contractors to identify obstacles, curate workarounds and propose alternative solutions for an efficient and timely process.
Track project milestones and deliverables including submission of Reports.
