Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct on-site supervision on client's place or designated location. Manage, liaise and coordinate with clients and sub-contractors. Prepare report, establish day-to-day project schedules and ensure project progress is on track. Conduct project site inspection and attend to feedback. Prepare reports and support in handling and monitoring the progress of project. Ensure compliance to WSHA, safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping. Responsible for all issues concern on site or ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in project management of interior design project preferred. Able to communicate in English, use Microsoft office and issue a schedule of work. Positive attitude and able to handle stress in a fast-paced environment Prefer Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) certificate holder Sound knowledge of Singapore building and construction safety regulations Relevant safety certificates and qualifications will be an added advantage but not compulsory Able to read drawings will be an added advantage.
