Site Supervisor / Lead Technician
Job Description
Conducts regular rounds/inspection of all building plants and equipment while on duty. Ensures that all equipment are in good running condition. Otherwise, implement trouble shooting activities to rectify any noted defects. Reports to Facilities Engineer any noted defects on the equipment, incidents and action taken to rectify the matter. Implements instructions from Facilities Engineer on matters that require immediate attention. Monitors operation of water pumps, exhaust system, air conditioning and cooling system, lighting, etc. Accomplish daily equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance Monitor Preventive Maintenance conducted by the contractors such as but not limited to elevators, air conditioning systems and generating sets. Endorse to incoming technician accomplished and unaccomplished activities for the day to ensure continuity of programmed activities.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
