Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities, including excavation, trenching, and related construction works. Lead and monitor multiple site teams to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. Assist the Project Manager in coordinating with authorities and resolving site-related matters. Maintain close communication with stakeholders, contractors, and authority representatives. Ensure project progress aligns with tight schedules and deadlines. Respond promptly to project-related calls from authorities, including after-hours and emergency situations. Perform multitasking duties to support smooth site operations and problem resolution. Enforce site safety standards and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Willingness to work under hot sun, on Sundays, public holidays, and during night shifts as required by project demands. Must be on 24-hour standby for project or authority-related calls. Valid motorcycle license is mandatory. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Proven experience in excavation and trenching projects will be an added advantage. Strong leadership skills to handle and supervise multiple teams effectively. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver results within tight deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with authorities and project management.
