Job Description

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of construction workers, subcontractors and vendors on site. Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards to ensure work is completed on schedule and to specification. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns. Deep knowledge of Singapore fire safety regulationsMaintain detailed records and documentation related to site activities, progress, and any incidents. Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environmentProvide on-the-job training and guidance to construction workers as needed. Collaborate with the wider team to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Compiling and submitting completed work to Quantity Surveyor for progress claims to the Clients. Working hours: 8:00 am onwards, with closing time determined by site requirements. Technical knowledge of security camera systems and software. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. * Strong organizational and time management skills.
