Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities





1. Site work schedule planning, site safety, ordering building materials liase with main-contractor if site required ordering custom-made metal and on all other site matters.


2. Implement carpentry works and inspections.


3. Reports any defects/non-compliances to Project manager?Assist and support Project Manager in handling and monitoring the progress of project.


4. Ensure works are carried out according to schedules and are on target to completion.


5. Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time


Requirements


Able in Construction site experience specialising in Structure work and hardworking Able to lead a team of workers Able to work for long hours period or night shift Control and maintain the safe and smooth progress of works Able to study project schedule and plan site works on a daily basis Attending site management meetings Ensure smooth progress of site works * Assessing and managing safety hazards
