Job Responsibilities:

Overseeing the progress of all project activities Ensuring all on-site workers adhere to the health and safety regulations Implementing industry best practices and safety protocols Conducting site inspections to ensure it is free from any safety hazards Ensuring the workers follow site safety procedures
. Attend Site meetings


Ensuring project completion as per the set timeline
. Submit timely monthly progress claims





To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.


To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers. To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule. Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings. To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers. Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship. Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly. Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work. Control of quality of works on a construction project Assisting commercial staff with the monitoring of costs on a construction project
Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise construction workers.


Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.


Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned.


Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan.


Assist the Engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.


Ensure company's safety rules are observed and obeyed.


Cooperating and communicating effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support Performing overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and reporting regularly on project status.


Any ad hoc duty will be assigned.

Job Requirements:

Basic knowledge of first aid practices Familiarity with construction tools and equipment Good knowledge of health and safety standards Strong leadership qualities with good communication skills Class 3 Driving License will be an added bonus
. Able to speak English and Chinese


. Diploma or GCE 'O' Level with relevant experience in construction
