Manage maintenance job site.
Supervise workforce on site, to complete their daily routine maintenance work & manpower distribute & work distribute.
Repair and maintain lockset/ slider system on site.
Liaise between user on site and office for job requirements.
Maintain good working relationship with the user.
Be the 1st point of contact for technical issue on site.
Be on standby daily,to go to site for any technical issue at any time for preventive and corrective maintenance
Job Requirements
Able to work overtime
Min 4 years' working experience in supervising foreign workers
With leadership skill
Familiar with the ironmongeries and locksets.
Some experience in construction industry
* Minimum GCE 'O'/ 'N' Level/ Nitec/ relevant skill certificate
