Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and schedules. Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations. Monitor progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports. Manage on-site workforce and resolve day-to-day issues promptly. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Track materials, tools, and equipment to ensure site readiness. Attend project meetings and provide updates on site conditions and progress. Coordinate site logistics including deliveries, equipment setup, and waste management. Address any delays, emergencies, or other problems that can arise.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in construction. Solid understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficient with site management software and MS Office tools. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). * Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, WSQ, etc.) are an advantage.
