Job Requirements

Candidates is to

posses

a

class 3 license

Candidates must be able to communicate in english & mandarin (to liaise with associates) Candidates are prefered with 2-3 year of working experience in relevant sector

(commerical interior Fit Out experience preferred)

Candidates are required to understand drawings, design plan and structural plan During project period, there will be long working hour including weekend. During project period, there will be night work and extended hours. Possess high self-motivation and can work independently with minimal supervision

?Responsible for project monthly and weekly timeline. Arrange for catch up program if schedule is behind.


?Raise queries for all discrepancies with project manager on quality and materials.


?Supervise all works based on submitted safety procedures and quality of works are met.


?Monitor / inspect usage of all materials, plants and equipment supply to the site


?Resolve problems when they arise between suppliers, sub-contractors, etc.


?Report on daily progress to Project Managers with photos. Delegate tasks and daily responsibilities to construction workers.


?Monitor / Inspect daily construction installed works to ensure that proper quality is maintained and followed with approved MOS.


?Ensure that the site is clean and site conditions is acceptable on a daily basis after work.
