Job Description

Supervise and coordinate all daily works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications and authority requirement To review project specifications and technical clarifications and identify drawings discrepancies Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of worksmanship and compliance with contract requirements Ensure all inspection activities are carried out in accordance with the inspection and test plan for architectural works Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues Able to coordinate and communication with internal and external parties Check drawings for discrepancies and raise RFI's as necessary Any other ad-hoc duties as assign

Requirement

Relevant Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree in construction related field Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in site operation works Able to work independently and in a team *

Candidate who possess good experience and exposure will be considered higher position. Salary will be commeasure according to skill set
