Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Work closely with and Site Manager on the day to day running of site. Site Supervision of sub-contractors and workers. Ensure safe work procedures control measures at site. Preferably 1 - 3 years working experience in building construction industry / project site work. Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safer and neat. Supervise ongoing site activities closely. Assist Project Manager to prepare and submit monthly progress claim to client.
Requirements:
Diploma/degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Civil). Proven experience working as a site supervisor. Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment. The ability to interpret drawing/blueprints. Outstanding leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Class3 driving licence is preferred.
