Key Responsibilities

Site Coordination & Supervision

Lead day-to-day site activities for hacking, masonry, carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting, and final handover.


Coordinate sub-contractors, deliveries, and access; conduct toolbox briefings.

Quality & Compliance

Interpret drawings/specs; check dimensions and finishes to company standards.


Ensure compliance with HDB renovation guidelines / MCST rules / main-con requirements.


Conduct inspections, punch lists, and manage rectification until sign-off.

Safety Management

Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and barricades; conduct risk assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) / Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and issue/comply with Permit-to-Work where required (e.g., working at height, hot works).


Record incidents/near misses; implement corrective actions.

Progress, Cost & Documentation

Maintain daily site reports (manpower, work done, photos), track program vs. actual, flag delays early.


Verify quantities, support VO/site measurements, and assist with as-built documentation.


Liaise with clients, designers, MCST/HDB, and internal PM for updates and approvals.

Handover

Plan testing & commissioning where applicable (M&E), coordinate final cleaning, and close defects list before client move-in.

Requirements

Experience:

2-5 years as Site Supervisor in renovation/fit-out/ID works (residential or commercial).
