Study all project information including drawings, method statement and detailing
Delegate work tasks and close monitoring of daily work activities with the schedule
Supervise the construction of work progress to ensure on-time delivery
Carry out day-to-day site operation and supervise our team of workers and subcontractors
Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring follow-up actions
Ensure all operations are safely carried out as per plan
Ensuring site works are completed with high-quality standards and adhere to safety requirements
Conduct site surveys during various stages eg. Pre-con, site walk, handover, defect rectification etc
Assist and support the Project Manager in carrying out works as assigned
Co-ordinate, follow-up and reporting of work progress and quality to Project Manager
Any other duties assigned by the Company
