Job Description
To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work. To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers. To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule. Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings. To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers. Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship. Plan, schedule, and coordinate polymer application projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications. Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly. Implement safety procedures, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage incident responses. Update clients on progress, address concerns, and maintain project documentation. Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
Requirement
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experiences in Structural Steel will be advantageous. Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory. Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills. Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment. * Outstanding leadership skills
