Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the daily servicing & operational matters, and provide quality banking service to Commercial Banking customers
  • Account relationship management of existing accounts under CMBS\xe2\x80\x99s Small Business Segment with the aim of deepening the wallet share within the allocated portfolio of customers
  • Increase product penetration of existing customers to migrate from single-product to multi-product offerings, non-MOCA to MOCA.
  • Seek out referrals & cross-selling opportunities from existing customers
  • Ensure accounts under care are managed in strict adherence to compliance guidelines, statutory compliance and regulations.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant banking experience
  • Self-motivated, customer oriented and possess good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Commercial Banking products, operations and customer due diligence process
