Key Responsibilities:

Handle the daily servicing & operational matters, and provide quality banking service to Commercial Banking customers
Account relationship management of existing accounts under CMBS\xe2\x80\x99s Small Business Segment with the aim of deepening the wallet share within the allocated portfolio of customers
Increase product penetration of existing customers to migrate from single-product to multi-product offerings, non-MOCA to MOCA.
Seek out referrals & cross-selling opportunities from existing customers
Ensure accounts under care are managed in strict adherence to compliance guidelines, statutory compliance and regulations.

Key Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant banking experience
Self-motivated, customer oriented and possess good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of Commercial Banking products, operations and customer due diligence process
