Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure all mechanical / electrical / air conditioning systems are maintained in good working conditions at all times
- Ensure effective implementation of preventive maintenance and calibration schedules for the above systems
- Co-ordinate and liaise with internal users and external vendors for the execution of maintenance services
- Conduct assessment of equipment and systems and submit proposal for repair and replacement including sourcing and budgeting for projects
- Process all contractors\' claims for payment, adhering to proper financial procedures and proper accounting of goods / services rendered
- Plan and conduct training for end-users on equipment and safety
- Minimum Degree in Biomedical Engineering / Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Mechanical & Electrical Engineering with 3 to 5 years of working experience.
- Working experience in air conditioning system will be advantageous
- Good IT literacy
