Our client is striving to provide freedom of movement to everyone by investing in mobility services, building close relationship with leading mobility service providers and expanding tjheir role beyond the automotive transportation sector.

• Build and maintain a close rapport with employees to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives, and that HR Standards/Procedures are implemented and fully understood
• Setting up HR Strategies, Policies Manpower, L&D Etc
• Expat Management, including setting up policies related to expats working in our office and also the administrative work required in supporting our Expats
• Keeping track of all the key projects within HR team and working with other members of the HR Team to ensure that the projects are completed successfully within timeline

• Bachelor's Degree
• Min 5 years of experience in HR
• Strong verbal and analytical skills
• Willing, adaptable and flexible to perform required/necessary tasks beyond the job description
• A self-starter and problem solver who pro-actively tackles problems.
• In-depth knowledge in HR labor legislation and trends across various industries will be an advantage\
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong interest in IT
