Snr Property Executive - Shopping Mall / Office Building, Central [LKH]

Our client is a public listed real estate company that owns and manages a global portfolio comprising integrated developments, shopping malls, lodging, offices, homes, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and funds, as well as new economy assets including business parks, industrial and logistics. They are looking for Snr Property Executive with experience in retail or commercial building management.

Responsibilities:

• To support the Operations Manager to ensure effective operation and maintenance of the property
• Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the property operates as a safe environment as well as performing at optimum level
• Prepare annual budget, manage and administer contracts and supervise expenses for the operational needs of the property
• Implement the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the property
• Manage and execute the procurement of all maintenance contracts in the property
• Lead the technicians as well as the various vendors to maintain professional standards and achieve excellent results on day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Building, Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant working experience in a similar position
• Experience in property or facility management in retail / shopping mall / commercial environment will be an added advantage
• Exhibit strong leadership, people management and interpersonal skills
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems
• Good command of spoken and written English as well as being computer literate
