They are looking for Snr Property Executive with experience in retail or commercial building management. Responsibilities: . To support the Operations Manager to ensure effective operation and maintenance of the property . Coordinate operation programs and execute maintenance works to ensure the property operates as a safe environment as well as performing at optimum level . Prepare annual budget, manage and administer contracts and supervise expenses for the operational needs of the property . Implement the Asset Enhancement Initiatives, renovation works carried out by tenants and operational support for the promotional activities of the property . Manage and execute the procurement of all maintenance contracts in the property . Lead the technicians as well as the various vendors to maintain professional standards and achieve excellent results on day-to-day operations Requirements: . Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Building, Engineering or equivalent . Relevant working experience in a similar position . Experience in property or facility management in retail / shopping mall / commercial environment will be an added advantage . Exhibit strong leadership, people management and interpersonal skills . Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems .
