About the Department

Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent organizational skills to join our team as a support specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide effective and efficient support to the business unit and key stakeholders. You will assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure the smoother running of operations. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with COO team members to implement work plans
  • Collaborate with COO team members to continuously improve support processes and procedures
  • Establish trust and partnership with cross functional teams within GTO
  • Manage correspondence and communication
  • Support and occasionally be part of the organizing committee for company events, including coordinating logistics
  • Support reporting and proposal activities as requested with insights and recommendations
  • Exhibit highest standards in maintaining confidentiality and work execution in accordance with priorities and procedures
  • Possess clear understanding of internal systems and policies
Job Requirements

Qualifications and Ideal Traits:
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Fresh degree holders are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
