Job Description

This role will sit in Singapore, at our organisation\xe2\x80\x99s regional headquarters. This role is responsible for managing and developing Wallex\xe2\x80\x99s online and offline communities.You will be the bridge between our brand and the community we aim to create . You will be Wallex\xe2\x80\x99s brand ambassador, engaging with potential customers and building relationships with existing ones. You will help us build a deeper understanding of our communities interests, needs and create content that will keep them engaged and connected to Wallex. Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
\xc2\xb7 Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
\xc2\xb7 Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
\xc2\xb7 Organize, implement and manage engaging marketing campaigns on numerous outlets, like emails, videos, blog articles and social media platforms
\xc2\xb7 Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with other team members, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
\xc2\xb7 Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
\xc2\xb7 Catalyse user-generated content, like reviews and comments
\xc2\xb7 Set and report on specific objectives, ROI
\xc2\xb7 Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
\xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Management, Marketing or other related field
\xc2\xb7 Proven work experience as a Social media manager
\xc2\xb7 Excellent copywriting skills
\xc2\xb7 Ability to design and deliver creative content (text, image and video)
\xc2\xb7 Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of online marketing channels
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month Schedule:
