PaleoHacks is an online publishing company seeking an experienced Customer Support Agent to provide excellent customer service to our customers on weekends and on holidays and weekdays. Your goal will be to effectively manage support volume to facilitate swift response times and allow for a seamless customer experience.The Social Media Admin / Customer Support Representative is a key support position on our marketing team.Candidates must work well as part of a team, take ownership of requested tasks and work diligently to ensure they are completed on time.Candidates should be able to take direction and critical feedback well, and have exceptional attention to detail. Great positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Able to complete tasks accurately on schedule.Candidates should also be capable in answering clients/customers queries, recommending solutions, and guiding them to what they need. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust. You should also be familiar with HelpScout, Facebook Business and Agorapulse.Responsibilities and expectations include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to clients/ customers queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or direct message
  • Identify customer needs and help clients and community members use specific features
  • Update our internal records with information about issues and useful discussions with clients
  • Monitor clients complaints on social media (via Agorapulse platform) and reach out to provide assistance
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
Content Management
  • Managing posts across Facebook & Instagram accounts/channels
  • Respond to comments on posts in a timely manner
  • Respond to and manage comments on Facebook and Instagram ads
  • Respond to direct messages on social media platforms under the supervision of our sales team and customer service team
  • Manage videos on FB / Instagram, including captioning
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent grasp of English grammar
  • Strong typing skills (at least 55 WPM)
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • 2 years of Customer Service
Tech Requirements:
  • Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
  • Internet Speed - At least 20 MBPS Download speed
This is a part-time position to be paid hourlySalary range P26,000 - 35,000, DOE. (full-time)Work Schedule: 30 hours /weekly (with opportunity to increase hours)M-F 2PM-8PM Mountain Time========================
