Your goal will be to effectively manage support volume to facilitate swift response times and allow for a seamless customer experience.The Social Media Admin / Customer Support Representative is a key support position on our marketing team.Candidates must work well as part of a team, take ownership of requested tasks and work diligently to ensure they are completed on time.Candidates should be able to take direction and critical feedback well, and have exceptional attention to detail. Great positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Able to complete tasks accurately on schedule.Candidates should also be capable in answering clients/customers queries, recommending solutions, and guiding them to what they need. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust.
