We're looking for someone who lives on social, understands what grabs attention, and can turn raw footage into content that actually moves the needle.

What will I be doing?

Plan & manage our social media content calendar

+ Own the weekly/monthly flow. Keep the brand consistent, relevant, and fast.

Write strong, scroll-stopping captions

+ Clear, concise, human. No fluff.

Strategise & execute our content plan

+ Analyse what works, propose what's next, and test new formats relentlessly.

Dig through our archives to spark new ideas

+ Photos. Old shoots. BTS. Unused clips. Turn forgotten files into fresh content.

Shoot BTS & short-form content

+ Be on-ground with the team capturing real moments that tell a story.

Create graphics using Canva (or similar tools)

+ Simple, clean visuals that support the content.

Edit short-form videos using CapCut

+ Fast turnaround. Sharp cuts. Trend-savvy execution.

What is required of me?

Strong understanding of IG, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts -- their mechanics, hooks, formats, and viewer psychology. Creative thinker who naturally spots trends, patterns, and storytelling angles. Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality or brand consistency. Hands-on experience with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools. High attention to detail, plus a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.

Bonus Points If You Have

Prior experience in media teams, content creation, or creative agencies. A portfolio showcasing short-form content. Interest in visual storytelling and brand-building.
