Organized, Collaborative, Responsive: -Stay on top of engagement opportunities. -Solicit additional details for the customer from relevant stakeholders. -Deliver a response as soon as possible, or action the solution requested ' ensuring excellent customer experiences at every touchpoint. Crisis Management: -Have an eye for trends or crises-in-the-making. -Gather supporting metrics, quantitative and qualitative. Social Listening Consultative: -Communicate with stakeholders. -Conduct thorough discovery. -Coach stakeholders to frame their questions and provide clear requirements. Tech-Savvy and Listening Expertise: -Understand how to properly organize the right keywords/queries and topic segmentation in order to configure the queries and dashboards for accurate analysis. -Stay up-to-date with the latest capabilities, and know when to offer them for appropriate projects. Data Analysis & Story Teller: -Create an executive story from the data, observed trends and your knowledge of technology. Qualification Bachelor Degree of digital marketing, marketing communications and related discipline. Language fluency either one of these: -English -German -French -Japanese -Chinese 100% WFH remote support set up. Prior experience as social media (FB/Insta/Twitter/other media) expert in technology companies.
