Social Media & Marketing Strategist

to take the lead in shaping our digital presence. From developing content strategies to writing compelling copy and analysing performance data, this role is perfect for someone who blends creative intuition with analytical precision.

What You'll Be Doing :

Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand goals and business objectives.

Content Calendar Management

Maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) with purpose and planning.

Copywriting

Write engaging captions, campaign messaging, and digital copy that reflect brand voice and drive engagement.

Performance Tracking

Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), prepare quarterly reports, and share insights.

Optimisation & Insights

Identify trends, test new content formats, and use data to refine strategy and improve outcomes.

Creative Support

Collaborate with the creative team to ideate, brief, and contribute to basic visuals or short-form video edits.

What We're Looking For

Background in

Marketing, Communications, Media

, or a related field Strong grasp of digital trends, online engagement, and consumer behaviour Experience with platforms/tools like

Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut

, etc. Excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of tone, audience, and storytelling Strategic mindset with both
