What You'll Be Doing
Strategy & Planning
: Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand goals and business objectives.
Content Calendar Management
: Maintain a consistent and purposeful posting schedule across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Copywriting
: Craft engaging captions, campaign messaging, and digital copy that reflects our brand voice and drives engagement.
: Stay ahead of trends, test new formats, and use data to refine strategy and improve content performance.
Creative Support
: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, brief visuals, and contribute to basic graphics or short-form video edits.
What We're Looking For
Background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
Strong understanding of digital trends, online engagement, and audience behaviour
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, etc.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills
A strategic thinker with both creative and analytical abilities
