Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, execute, and manage communications across Singlife\'s various social media and online platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to build share of voice, brand affinity, drive traffic + conversation + engagement among our key audiences. Communications and content will have a strong focus on agile, short video content which you\'ll have the opportunity to work end-to-end on - concept, in-house filming and production!
Manage stakeholders, where you work alongside various parties - internal and external - to plan and execute effective social media communications strategies.
Develop effective strategies for content which engages and entertains audiences, using a range of tools, including KOLs, to improve Singlife\'s social media effectiveness
Chart and track social media KPIs (After all, what isn\'t measured isn\'t managed!)
Set up social listening best practices and dashboards and conduct online media monitoring and measurement
Manage select aspects of paid social media to drive key objectives
Keep abreast of the latest social media policies, landscape, and trends to continuously improve social media strategy
Establish and ensure adherence to various compliance, legal and governance standards, processes, and procedures
Provide support for any relevant Brand, Communications & Marketing requests and any other duties as assigned
Be an active participant in team and organisational related activities
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the above functional activities.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of relevant work experience , especially in managing social media. Experience in the (consumer) insurance, banking or finance industry will be advantageous, but not essential
A storyteller with excellent writing and copy-editing skills
In-depth knowledge of online and social media channels and trends, passionate about said trends
Have a firm understanding of memes, TikTok trends - ideally both in the Singapore and global context
Good understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret results and take action to refine strategy and implementation
Creative, analytical, meticulous, highly driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight timelines
Self-starter with the ability to come up with new ideas, but also a team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Candidates must have fully completed COVID-19 vaccinations

Academic: Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline
