Job Description

Role:

  • Create and maintain accurate and up to date Account plans
  • Assist the development of sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations.
  • Provide accurate/reliable information for sales forecasts
  • Establish requirements, needs, challenges, budgets and goals
  • Analyze client markets and competitors
  • Develop strategies and solutions (marketing, web development, branding, and video) that meet the clients' goal
  • Present ideas to clients
  • Negotiate details with client and agency staff
  • Help in operations for managing social media pages and analytics for clients
  • Primary client contact on day-to-day development, planning and implementation
  • Generating reports and analytics for the clients
  • Manage costs and invoice clients
  • Manage client communication before, during and after the project
  • Measure the effectiveness of our work
  • Receive and answer calls, and email requests
  • Promote continual contact with existing clients
  • Manage all administrative aspects of digital competency and aptitude in new digital media including mobile, programmatic, native advertising, social media advertising and audio/video
  • Work with a close-knit creative team to produce top-notch work.
  • Willingness to travel, when necessary, for client meetings, conventions, quarterly business reviews, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience working in marketing, advertising, journalism or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, mass communications, advertising, marketing, English or related field
  • A proven track record of acquiring new business, building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to strategically and creatively take concepts to reality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for Entertainment and an up-to-date understanding of the Entertainment landscape
  • Must be relationship oriented with a positive attitude and impeccable work ethic
  • Must be a team player and should have experience working remotely
  • Ability to multi-task is a must have
