PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To develop and implement strategic Social Media management in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts by designing audio-visual content. Compensation: $900 Responsibilities:

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, and/or videos) that builds meaningful connections and encourages our ideal clients to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform and online directory to increase the visibility of company\xe2\x80\x99s social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Design unique and breathtaking graphics like images, storytelling and other audiovisual content
• Bolster our network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media

Qualifications: Education:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields required
• Social Media Management certification desired
• Digital Marketing certification desired
• Content Writing certification desired

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in social media management on platforms like FB, IG, TW, YouTube, Tik Tok, IG, Pinterest, and Google
• 3 years of experience in graphic design delivering creative high-quality artwork
• 3 years of experience in high-quality video creation and editing, and storytelling

Monthly Compensation:

• Based on experience and competencies

• Initial get-to-know video recording
• Competency-based interview
• Behavioral assessments
• Technical assessments including portfolio delivery
