Salary: up to S$7500 (21 days AL, $2500 Flexi Benefits, AWS up to 15%) Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm Location: Ochard Contract Period Salary: up to S$7500 (21 days AL, $2500 Flexi Benefits, AWS up to 15%) Working Days: Monday - Friday Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm Location: Ochard Contract Period: 1 year (extendable and conversion depending on performance and business needs) Job Responsibilities: Support the Head of Marketing with agency, media and country initiatives and activities PR Drive PR strategy and execution for Singapore Market Lead and help direct the PR agencies, providing direction and overseeing execution of press initiatives and earned media Develop and execute support PR activity for Trade Marketing, Event Marketing, and Store Openings Drive Influencer Marketing by working with Content Creators (i.e Sephora Squad) and ensuring quality, always-on content is generated Track community voice with media monitoring and where relevant, work with crisis communications issues as they arise, including strong critical thinking capabilities and partnering with internal Communications department and agencies Enjoys being a team leader, with emphasis on development and career pathing for direct reports, including being able to have critical conversations Oversee execution of internal reporting for company-wide initiatives, including press materials Social Drive Social Media strategy and execution for Singapore Market Assist in managing the planning, development and execution of content programming for Sephora's social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube etc. Assist in managing key Social Marketing priorities working with various cross functional teams including Campaigns and Content, Influencer, Brand Marketing, etc., thinking through strategy and channel execution while managing Creative and Marketing feedback Concept, develop and see-through the execution, publishing and results for content supporting campaigns and brands on Sephora's social channels Work with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and build strategic, impactful social content plans Inform strategies to test new social channels and product features where relevant Review reports and summarize actionable insights to continue to evolve social content and build meaningful engagement with our followers Create and present strategy and post-mortem decks to key stakeholders articulate insights, trends, key learnings Job Requirements: 2-3 years of Social Media Marketing experience - either in-house agency Passion for beauty, the Sephora customer, and community-building Deep understanding of Media landscape Demonstrated experience with Strong presentation capabilities, can communicate upward and laterally with ease and strong at informing partners Strong organizational skills and able to juggle many projects at once Independent thinker, values the capabilities and work quality of a team, has a strong understanding of internal and external clients and needs/priorities Self-starter, action-oriented, resourceful, can take a project or program from start to completion Experience working with diverse members and cross-functional teams Deep familiarity with social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube as well as emerging channels such as Twitch Agency experience, or equivalent experience working brand/client side in a highly cross-functional or matrixed organization with a high degree of collaboration and process-driven environment Excitement for learning, open to new experiences and challenges in a fast-paced environment Ability to quickly adapt to ever-changing Social Media landscape and given scope of work as needed for the business A creative disposition able to partner with Creative and Production teams and speak the same language Personable and flexible with demands and changes in extremely fast-moving business environment If interested, Whatsapp Ke Xin at 9116 8457 your resume directly to arrange for online interview.
