Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, application developers, and technical specialists. Direct the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications and business-critical systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on schedule, and in compliance with quality benchmarks. Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and architectural frameworks. Oversee integration of applications with APIs, third-party platforms, and internal enterprise systems. Monitor and optimize system performance, resolve technical issues, and implement continuous improvements. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and IT teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment practices. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to strengthen the technology landscape. Provide periodic reports, performance metrics, and actionable insights to senior management. Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and industry best practice standards.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

: 8-12 years in software development, including 3-5 years in a managerial or technical leadership capacity. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple software projects and development teams. Strong expertise in software architecture, system integration, and enterprise application development. Hands-on background with modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud-based platforms. Solid understanding of

Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines

. Exposure to

enterprise application management, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and analytics tools
