Solution Architect (system & Storage Specialist)

Job Description
- Assisting Project Manager in implementation of infrastructure solutions in a project lifecycle within a team
- Assisting in detailed level of design and architect when the project is awarded
- Defining scope of work for deployment, performing UAT and project documentation
- Troubleshooting & resolving system infrastructure issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
- Troubleshoot MS Exchange, AD, DC, AD, etc.
- Set strategic direction to establish near term goals of responsibility
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
- Requirements
- - Minimum 5 years of experience in project implementation preferably in the system integrator's environment
- Microsoft skillsets like Hyper V, Microsoft Exchange, MS SQL, SCCM, SCOM, Clustering, etc
- 3 Years' experience in Vmware like ESX, System Centre / Hyper V
- 2 Years' experience in IBM / Cisco UCS / Dell Blades & System Servers
- 3 Years' experience in Storage Technologies like SAN FC / ISCI storage, NAS (HDS, Netapp, Nimble)
- 3 years' experience in implementing solution related to Azure/AWS.
- Able to manage stress in a fast paced environment.
- Backup skillsets like Veeam, Symantec, Shadow Protect, CA Arserve
- Experienced cloud architect with experience in one of the areas:
o Cloud Native Application Architecture: Paas/Faas services, Serverless architecture, API Gateway, Containerization and Microservices.
o AWS/Azure Migration: Optimization of application to scalable cloud designs, rearchitecting applications to modern cloud patterns and database migration.
- Good communication skills like email, and able to lead discussion with customers.
