Job Description

We're seeking a senior

Solution Consultant / Architect

with deep expertise in

enterprise CMS

(e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Magnolia),

API management

(e.g., Kong, Apigee), and

applied AI/ML

. You'll lead solutioning and delivery for government and enterprise clients, advising on AI adoption, digital transformation, and scalable, cloud-native implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory

Advise Gov/Enterprise clients on technology and

AI-led

transformation; define future-ready roadmaps aligned to business outcomes. Engage senior stakeholders to shape strategy, target architecture, and phased execution plans.

Solution Architecture & Delivery

Lead architecture for

digital experience platforms

,

API ecosystems

, and

AI-enabled applications

across web, mobile, backend, and cloud. Own end-to-end solution delivery: discovery, HLD/LLD, estimation, security & compliance, performance, and cutover. Champion best practices (12-factor, DevSecOps, IaC, CI/CD, observability) to ensure scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.

AI-Powered Innovation

Design and integrate

AI/ML

capabilities (e.g., LLM-based search/assist, personalization, automation). Build PoCs and reference implementations (RAG pipelines, vector search, model orchestration) within CMS/API frameworks.

Presales & Thought Leadership

Partner with

CSU, NEXT

and cross-functional teams on opportunity shaping, solutioning, and proposal/RFP responses. Create presales assets: architectures, solution narratives, effort models, demos, and BOEs. Publish/internalize thought leadership on AI, digital experience, and cloud-native patterns.

Core Technical Requirements

CMS:

Strong hands-on with

Adobe Experience Manager

and/or

Magnolia

(content models, headless, components, workflows, dispatchers/CDNs).

API Management:

Kong

and/or

Apigee

(gateway policies, OAuth2/OIDC/JWT, rate limiting, monetization, DevPortal, microservices integration).

AI/ML (applied):

Practical experience with LLMs and AI services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI), vector DBs, prompt/RAG patterns, and responsible AI considerations.

Full-Stack:

Frontend: modern JS frameworks (React/Next.js, Angular, Vue), web & mobile delivery.


Backend: Java/Spring, .NET, Node.js; REST/GraphQL; event-driven design.


Cloud:

AWS/Azure/GCP

(networking, IAM, serverless, containers/K8s), IaC (Terraform/ARM/Bicep).

Security & Compliance:

Public-sector controls, data residency, secrets management, logging, SIEM integration. Proven track record delivering

enterprise-grade

solutions as a consultant/architect.

Qualifications

------------------

7-12 years of total experience with 3+ years in architecture/solution consulting roles. Bachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering or related; advanced degree a plus. Relevant certifications (AEM, Kong/Apigee, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect) are advantageous. Ability to work with public-sector procurement/security processes;

local clearance

eligibility preferred. * Travel as needed (up to ~20%) for client workshops and delivery milestones.
