Solution Manager, Refinery Operations

We are looking for a Solution Manager, Refinery Operations to join our Assets and Refinery Operations team in the ERP Center of Excellence in Singapore. The position will be responsible for supporting users to develop end-to-end solutions from areas like warehousing, inventory management, refinery and terminal operations, scheduling and supply chain planning. This position is permanent and full-time with preferred working location in Neste's office in Singapore.

Your part in Neste's journey

We have a medium-sized team of experts responsible for supporting and developing E2E processes in the refine and blend area. Neste ERP Center of Excellence (ERP CoE) as a whole is a global team responsible for developing the integrated ERP landscape, and supporting business needs and strategies for a rapidly growing international company.

Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are

Be in charge of supporting daily operations in the Neste refineries like tank inventory and movement management and loading and discharging processes.

Support the process network: Leading key user network in your own area,support end users (through key users), business SMEs, and other relevant parties

Drive developments per business requirements

Participate in projects involving manufacturing operations management

The role interacts with a broad range of functions within the business and you will work closely with business stakeholders to capture and manage business requirements, and strengthen their awareness and ownership of the manufacturing operations process. In this role, you will work in close cooperation with the rest of our team, solution owners, technical configuration teams, and IT service management. You will work with our key user network, and provide training and support.

Keys to success in this role

At least 5 years relevant work experience

Bachelor's degree or higher from a relevant field such as business or technical

Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional and intercultural environment with external parties

Proactive approach on tasks and assignments, willingness to drive change and achieve results

Willingness to learn new skills and competencies on a continuous basis

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken

Process oriented mindset

We also value

ERP system experience, especially with SAP/Romms/J5, other Production systems

Knowledge about the Refine and Blend processes

Previous experience of different roles in ERP projects

Experience working with globally distributed teams
