Job Description

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert to join our Digital Platform team owning components surrounding the Salesforce ecosystem and other CRM sub-components. The ideal candidate must be keen to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. He/she must be at ease working in an agile environment with great people management and interpersonal relationship skills. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of SFDC and Vlocity and be able to lead a lead a solutions design team to provide technical leadership on CRM architecture that consists of as Opportunity management, CPQ, Product catalog and Order managementQualification / Experience / Qualities

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry (e.g. Quote to Order, MACD, Trouble to resolution) with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce solutions, with familiarity in both B2B and B2C business.
• Hands-on experience with Vlocity data model, Vlocity OmniScript, Vlocity Integration Procedures, Vlocity CPQ, and Vlocity EPC would be added advantage
• Experience with leading a team as a people manager, and able to guide the team members and motivate the team to deliver outcomes.
• Possess integration experience with other third-party systems (billing, provisioning, front-end portals etc.) within the IT ecosystem
• Strong analytical skills with experience in managing projects, with good business acumen and able to prioritize accordingly based on business values on each option / solution.
• Familiarity with working in agile methodology and using tools CI/CD such as Gitlab, JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in managing vendors\' resources offshore and drive the outcome
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Able to work independently and communicate with different levels in the organisation
