As a
Solutions Consultant in Pre-Sales at Meiro

pivotal role
in our sales process by
bridging customer needs

(CDP). You'll act as a
strategic advisor
to prospects, helping them
navigate complex customer data challenges
and unlocking the full value of their marketing technology stack.
This role requires a

What you can expect from the position?

1. Solution Consulting & Sales Support
Business objective
: Support acquisition of new customers by securing the functional/technical win and accelerate sales cycles by effectively demonstrating product value, addressing technical concerns, and ensuring prospects have a clear path to adoption.
Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and technical needs --from data unification and identity resolution to audience segmentation and activation.
Consult prospects on how Meiro CDP can power personalized experiences, audience segmentation, omnichannel orchestration, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Conduct discovery sessions to identify opportunities where our solution adds value.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align with customer use cases, handle functional and technical questions/objections, secure the functional/technical win.
Work closely with Sales to craft compelling sales proposals. Manage response to RFI/RFPs - the functional and technical aspects. Collaborate with Sales on developing compelling and differentiated offers for each case, based on the understanding of the specific needs and competitors.
Scope and design a solution architecture and implementation roadmap.
Manage Proof-of-Concepts (engaging professional services or other teams if needed) and ensure smooth customer evaluations.
2. Go-To-Market Content & Thought Leadership
Business objective
: Increase market awareness and lead conversion by providing prospects with the right content, insights, and tools to move confidently through the buying journey.
Partner with sales, product and marketing to develop knowledge articles, case studies, whitepapers, FAQs, and competitive battle cards to support the sales process.
Assist in webinars, workshops, and industry events to generate demand and educate prospects.
Gather insights from customer interactions to refine messaging, enhance demo scripts, and create sales enablement materials.
3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
Business objective
: Enhance customer trust and reduce churn by establishing strong relationships and ensuring prospects have a clear vision of long-term success with our solution.
Act as a trusted advisor by guiding prospects and customers on best practices, industry trends, and implementation strategies.
Consult customers on how Meiro CDP can power personalized experiences, audience segmentation, omnichannel orchestration, and data-driven marketing strategies.
Build relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT teams, and end-users.
Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs, feature requests, and market trends.
4. Existing Client Consultation and Training
Business Objective
: Support renewal processes and cross-sell by assisting the professional services/customer success teams.
Support the Professional Services/Customer Success team in reviewing and optimizing existing client usage of Meiro, grow adoption of Meiro features by identifying new use cases and opportunities for expansion.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders (for assigned accounts), provide thought leadership, and evangelize CDP best practices.
Provide training sessions to help clients optimize their use of product features. Develop and deliver relevant training materials and regular updates on new product features.
Lead client workshops, onboarding sessions, and best practice consultations (for assigned accounts, in collaboration with the professional services/customer success team) to maximize client success.
5. Partner Support
Business Objective
: Support partners to win deals with Meiro CDP and help winning new partners. Increase partners' confidence and proficiency in representing Meiro to prospective clients.
Provide and define (create & update) partner enablement training and regular updates.
Act as a functional and technical expert for partners to handle their Meiro CDP-related queries.
Support the joint sales process by assisting partners in positioning Meiro and preparing proposals/demos/pitches.
Evangelize CDP best practices and contribute to partner enablement efforts.
