To involve in the whole process of pre-sales to production environment, user requirement study, solution presentation, demonstration, training, on-site support and ensure smooth project implementation.
Influence customer\xe2\x80\x99s technical requirements, and position China Telecom service relative to competition.
Develop overall solutions, response to RFI, RFP and other proposals that requested by corporate customers.
To coordinate with our agents / suppliers, HQ and Branches Office of China Telecom and periodically provide training to sales team.
Coordinate with related parties or project implementation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
Maintain qualitative customer services and loyalty of customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Computer Studies / Electrical Engineering /Telecommunications with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Telecommunication industry, experience dealing with MNC, holders professional certificate (e.g. CCNP, CISSP).
Sound knowledge in transmission technologies, IP routing and Cloud hosting solutions e.g. Cable Systems SD-WAN, Cloud connectivity and some telecom services internet/MPLS/Metro Ethernet solutions.
Superior Analytical, problem solving, presentation and communication skills.
Ability to quickly adapt and comprehend ever-changing technologies.
Ability to communicate effectively and maintain good working relationships with both technical and non technical users.

Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate efficiently with Chinese-speaking stakeholders regionally.
Occasional travel may be required (depending on travel restrictions).
