• Define the specific purchasing solution and strategy for the EPC project, focusing on high stake / high risk commodities, continuously prioritizing tasks according to the project\'s timeline
• Oversee the complete procurement process from identifying business opportunities to sourcing from internal and external vendors, all the way through to execution.
• Manage Supplier selection process for a specific project by analyzing continuously stakes, risks/opportunities and the constraints related to each project
• Identify and implement cost savings and avoidance opportunities without impacting service levels.
• Assess risks on the supply chain and transfer/mitigate it as early as possible through audit, contractual clauses, supplier development plan.
• Negotiate Terms & Conditions (T&C) with suppliers securing "back to back" and "If & When" conditions versus Schneider Electric customer conditions. Contractual with suppliers, managing potential claims with suppliers.
• Manage the purchasing order process with an ethical approach, comply the purchasing process inside the Business unit
• Work closely with Project Execution team to ensure meeting contractual milestone & saving reporting
• Capable to manage Procurement Audits involving Technical, Quality, Safety, Engineering fields.
• Take active part of Purchasing community as referent for his area of expertise and integrate global Supplier Oriented Chart (SOC) & any other global purchasing initiatives

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years experiences in project purchasing in electrical and mechanical project
• Cross functional and cross border experience
• Strong communication skills, effective in a cross-cultural environment to foster collaboration toward a common goal
• Proven autonomy to manage negotiation path with suppliers
• Ability to connect, influence & convince suppliers.
• Ability to understand, influence & convince in a complex organization
