Job descriptions:

• Interviews and provides STI information to patients and advising safer practices and STI prevention.
• Contact traces partner(s) of patients diagnosed with STIs.
• Follow up on patients who have been diagnosed with STIs or have defaulted appointments.
• Contact patients\' partners relationship for screening and treatment.
• Reviews electronic medical records(EMR details), follow up with dr ic and codes diagnosis.
• Reviews treatment details and updates outcomes.
• Provides Medical Scheme information and STI education medical Scheme Registrants.
• Conducts routine checks on brothels to ensure they comply with the Medical Scheme
• Participates in public health, educational and research activities and projects (such as the ST Project).
• Handle the National STIs hotline.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline, preferably Counselling/Social Work
• Work experience 1-2 years as social work assistant or similar
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
