Sourcing and Inventory Specialist (Buyer, Aviation Vendor, MNC, AL starts from 20days)Company highlights

• Working Location: North-East / working hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5.30pm

• Source and Procure Items: Efficiently source ad hoc stock and non-stock items as requested by the Client, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal procedures.
• Client Assistance and Management: Assist the Client in selecting goods, offering alternative products when appropriate to achieve cost reductions, and maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Order Processing and Liaison: Process orders accurately, liaise with the Procurement department for additional product information, and ensure all procedures are followed correctly.
• Stock Control and Delivery: Accurately record goods delivered into the stock control system, expedite outstanding purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery and confirmation of products to the Client.
• Supplier Information Management: Provide the Client with access to supplier catalogues and product reference materials, ensuring they have the necessary resources for informed decision-making.

• Familiar with Computer skills, Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Positive, committed to delivering an excellent Client experience and ensuring Client satisfaction.
