- Responsible for raw material sourcing by getting competitive quotes
- Accountable for supplier selection & component price data maintenance accuracy
- Drive & negotiate components pricing and control costs
- Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers
- Identify & develop potential suppliers
- Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement
- Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum Diploma holder with technical background preferred
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Candidate with experience in managing a team, will be considered as Senior Sourcing / Assistant Manager role
- Sourcing/Procurement experience in high mix low volume environment
- SAP is a plus
