Candidate Profile

Qualification

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration.
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement in Logistics or Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain environment
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. A team player and able to work independently.
• Knowledge in SAP and Procurement IT Tools (E-Sourcing, Agora, EProc etc)
• Knowledge in Contract Law especially related to shipping will be advantageous
• Working Knowledge in Business/System Processes (including quality and safety systems)

• Work closely with Sourcing Manager with Competitive Service and Costs of Logistic Services & Ocean/Airfreight
• Compliance from Legal as well as TotalEnergies strategies and policies

• Develop, evaluate, and manage RFX\'s (i.e. Requests for Quotes, Proposal, Tenders, and Information) via E-Sourcing (corporate e-tendering tool) to support e-tendering needs of other departments
• Support and assist of the sourcing of Logistics Services (Warehouse & Transport services & Freight Forwarding) & Ocean/Airfreight for the APME Region, American zone or any other ports as requested by Business
• Products: Lubricants, Specialties, Additives, Packaging Materials and etc for Ocean/Airfreight
• Regional Scope:
• Within the APME Zone
• Into the APME Zone (e.g. from Europe EOLE)
• Exports in all Zones from Singapore (including AME)
• Work with TGP Global Tender Process for Logistics Services & Ocean Freight for the APME Region (Ocean freight and ISOTANL/Flexibag Tender under TGP Responsibility)
• Liaise with TGP CATMAN on Centralized and Piloted purchases related to this Category
• RFQ with Freight Forwarders for Spot/Short Term Rates for Ocean/Airfreight to achieve cost competitiveness
• Assist to manage the Ocean Freight Contracts for the Region.
• Support Logistics Services Contracts for Warehouse & Transport services & Freight Forwarding
• Support business development for new Freight Lanes Tenders by sourcing for competitive Freight Rates
• Market Intelligence for Logistics Services & Ocean/Airfreight Market with a Focus on APME Destinations
• Assist and Provide the Customer Service & Logistics team with the booking information on the Logistics Services and Ocean/Airfreight for their operational execution
• Develop and Review Special Logistical Solutions for niche lanes, example Mining Clients
• Support in Commercial Feedback Handling with Logistics Services & Ocean/Airfreight issues (Customers or Internal)
• Support of Regular Reporting and Data Analysis of the Logistics Services & Ocean/Airfreight (not limiting to comparison of GFT, Spot and As Is Freight) using visual Dashboard
• Support with Digital Solutions on all Procurement IT tools, not limiting to Logistics & Freight
• Support on the publication of Monthly Logistic Service & Ocean/Airfreight Report for Affiliates and Businesses
• Analyze Pricing Models for Ocean/Airfreight for Shippers and Clients ("Back-to-Back" Models) / Indexes / Market Reports
• Coordinate Contractual and Commercial terms with Central Functions like Finance, Legal, Purchasing, TGP & Compliance
• Ensure Compliance from Legal as well as TotalEnergies strategies and policies.
• Conduct periodic vendor assessments on their performances, cost and services to ensure the specific standards are maintained.
• Support RFQ for price list and freight cost all Imported Goods vendors
• Upload and maintain unit prices of raw materials (Base Oil, Additives, Imported Products and Packaging) and related conditions

• Ensure compliance and audit support to Management System like IS09001/14001/45001/50001 and IATF 16949
