Reports directly to the Talent Marketing Manager. The main role of the Sourcing associate is to do an employment check and verification as part of the recruiting process. This role is vital in validating candidates employment history which is crucial in the selection process. Responsibilities:

• Will assist the Recruitment team in doing leads and resume mining using different online tools to meet targets for all programs and support roles in the Philippines
• Will occasionally assist in scheduling candidates for the vacancies in the Philippines

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science Human Resources and related degree
• At least one (1) year of BPO Recruitment and Sourcing experience preferably in a BPO/call center setting
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
• Must be of legal age to work in the Philippines
• Willing to work in a fast paced environment
